How often should my piano be tuned?
Our existing tuning guidance recommends twice a year as a maintenance starting point, with more frequent tuning for regular use. Your instrument’s condition, environment, and performance needs may call for a different schedule.
What information should I send?
Include your piano’s make and model, your location, a description of the concern, and any recent service history. For selling or consignment, photographs and the serial number are helpful.
